Results of the NCTRC’s Salary Study

The National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC) conducted a random study of 2000 active certificants. The goal was to establish a profile of CTRSs who were employed full-time in TR. Below is a portion of their findings that pertain to annual income, salaries by service setting, and geographic location. Many members and non-members call the ATRA national office requesting information about salaries, and this study is an exciting new resource!
