Managed Care - INFO provides one of the largest reference libraries in the world containing over 30,000 healthcare statistics and 17,000 insurance statistics. We compile this information from many sources, including our members.  Over 3,000 documents are sent to us each year from our members that contain statistics which we publish on our web site.  In addition to our statistics, Managed Care - INFO has  relationships with many Third Party Administrators (TPA's) who supply us with current reimbursement rates that are paid to medical providers throughout the country.  In 2006, we analyzed 34,000,000 adjudicated medical claims.  We captured the actual dollar amount that was reimbursed to medical providers for each CPT code that was billed to Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO).  We list the average FEE that was paid back to medical providers for EVERY CPT CODE.
